DeCentFLOW describes the one and only fully electric vehicle(NO FUEL REQUIRED). This will revolutionize the auto industry. This invention eliminates the following aspects necessary in the manufacture of the modern automobile:

1. Engine
2. Transmission
3. Differential
4. Conventional Braking System
5. Exhaust System
6. Cooling System
7. Fuel System and Fuel Tank.

Nanotechnology batteries are utilized to power dynamo 2&3. Dynamo 2&3 propel the vehicle by motoring. The patented permo-drive system propels the vehicle by motoring. During the braking process the patented permo-drive system causes slowing by the pump action. During the braking process dynamo 2&3 are loaded down by the charging system, causing the vehicle to slow. There will be situations in which added braking will become necessary. This is accomplished by switching the dynamos from generating to reverse motoring.

Because the nascent nanotechnology is still developing, there may be a short interim in which an engine would be required to drive a generator, which would provide electrical power.
